The Chugach Range of Alaska is one of the ultimate ski mountaineering destinations in the world and the trips I've taken there with guests these last five years have been some of the best of my life. The scale of the peaks is mind-altering and the terrain absolutely perfect for the art of alpine touring.

             Starting each morning with an uphill "stroll" is the perfect way to warm-up for a big day of skiing
