Eric Sparks enjoys a calm and sunny day of ski mountaineering on May 27th, 2008 on the flanks of Flattop Mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park.  Two to four inches of new snow were deposited overnight above 10,000' on the east side of the Continental Divide here and we found perfect powder conditions in the Corral Couloir and in the upper Tyndall Gorge on this gorgeous spring day.
