Given its position mid-way between the soaring buttress of the north face of Mt. Meeker and the imposing headwall of the east face of Longs Peak, the Ship's Prow looks to be just a side-note in this cathedral of stone.  However, the Ship's Prow is composed of some of the finest rock climbing stone on the planet and in recent years, Tommy Caldwell and Topher Donahue have between them added more than 10 new pitches of climbing from 5.11 to 5.14 on the far-right side of the prow as seen in this photo from nearby Chasm Lake.
