Mixed Feelings (aka Emotions) was one of the first mixed testpieces in RMNP when it was established by Alex Lowe before leashless tools and bolt-on crampons.  Depending on the season and how far the ice "beard" comes down, this classic can be as easy as 5.8 drytooling or as hard as 5.10+(R) which is where it's at currently.  Only one piton protects the entire crux section and a fall before getting established on the ice would be an exciting one.  Ryan styled the route (video forthcoming) and avoided testing the pin.
